Barbara Joseph is an accomplished and visionary leader with a proven track record of success in management. As the Deputy Superintendent of District 75 within the New York City Department of Education, she spearheaded a transformative mission. Under her guidance, District 75 was dedicated to delivering exceptional, customized educational programs and services to more than 27,000 students.

With a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of the organization Barbara oversaw operations across over 360 sites (13,000 employees) throughout New York City. Her leadership philosophy prioritizes nurturing independence, upholding dignity, and fostering seamless integration of procedures and systems.

Barbara will be overseeing the management team at all three courses, ensuring that systems, procedures, safety and positive culture are being maintained.
