Previously, Pam served as the Director of Programs and Instruction at the esteemed First Tee-Jersey Shore, where she earned recognition as a Class A Teaching Professional of the LPGA. Her tenure at the First Tee-Jersey Shore was marked by a commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth through innovative program design and teaching methodologies.
